Preserving the blues radio show is a weekly show on, in Burlington VT. We air every Tuesday from 7 – 9 pm in the eastern time zone.

With so many blues shows on the airwaves, the question becomes how do we set ourselves apart?

The station is a big part of that for two reasons. First, our mission is to support and honour the legacy of Ahmet Ertegun, the founder of Atlantic records. From signing Aretha and Ray to the Stones and Zeppelin,  Ahmet remains one of the most important people in music history. Second, we are internet based. For you, that means no commercials to interrupt the great music. Sometimes I’ll put on two hours of music and not even talk, giving you the chance to sit back and enjoy the best of the old and new!

I also publish a podcast which is dedicated to preserving the legacies of the men and women of the blues. I bring pieces of the podcast into the show every once in a while if it fits with the theme for that week.
